How long will it take for my web site to be designed?
The timeline of your website design project is often dictated by you. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavor to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us from you.
Once my website design is completed what after sales service do you offer?
We fully support any website we design and are always available should you encounter any problems or require any enhancements. We offer web site maintenance so that your website never get out of date.
Do I have to keep my website with you forever?
You may move your website to another web hosting company at any time. Once your website design is done, we send you a copy of the website on CD "if requested".
I run a small/medium size business and want an online presence to promote my business in a professional manner to new customers and to provide a more professional image to existing customers.
You need a professionally developed website, a domain name, and hosting. You also need the website uploaded onto your hosting account and promoted to major search engines.
If I choose a Content Management System (CMS) can I be sure that my web pages are "Search Engine Friendly"?

Do I need a database on my website?
This will depend upon the amount of information you wish to be displayed on your website. If you have a lot of products and/or services, then it may be advantageous to have a database incorporated into your website. Can I have an e-commerce website?

Who owns the website once it is completed?
The website we design belongs to you completely. We will send you a copy of the website on CD "if requested". This copy is for your retention and if you want to use a different website design or web hosting company, you are completely and able to take that copy to them for use.

When I try to download drivers from ftp://download.spartanco.com, I get a timeout error or I am asked for a password to proceed. Can you give me the password or is there a setting I can change to bypass this request?
Our FTP site is designed to work optimally with IE7, if you’re using IE6 you can use our FTP site by changing the FTP folder view settings in your browser. In your browser go to; TOOLS --> INTERNET OPTIONS and click on the ADVANCED Tab. Under the BROWSING heading you should see a checked box next to "Enable FTP Folder View". Uncheck this box, save your settings and refresh the FTP page. You should now be able to fully access our Downloads page.
When typing my cursor behaves erratically and inserts itself randomly at various points in the document I’m working on. Is there a problem with my touchpad or a setting I can adjust?
This is generally caused by inadvertently "palming" the touchpad while typing. Many users don’t realize that they may be dragging their palm across the touchpad while typing, which the touchpad then interprets as a double tap, inserting the cursor at a seemingly random spot. There are several different solutions depending on the model of your notebook and the specific touchpad installed.
For models with a Synaptics touchpad (check Mice and other pointing devices in Device Manager), you may be able to turn off the double tap function of the touchpad with the installed Synaptics software.
Some models allow for the temporary disabling of the touchpad altogether. One of the function keys, most often F3, may be labeled with a touchpad icon with an X through it. Hold down the Fn button and hit F3 to disable the touchpad. Hold down the Fn key and hit F3 to enable the touchpad again.

When my notebook goes to boot into Windows I get a Blue Screen error at the same point every time. I just purchased the notebook and loaded Windows XP myself (or reloaded the OS for my customer). I think it’s a hardware error, what should I do?
All new notebooks come with AHCI (Advanced Host Controller Interface) enabled, which is natively compatible with Windows Vista and Windows 7. For all older Windows operating systems you will need to disable the AHCI setting in the system BIOS. Some of our models need to run a batch file from a bootable USB to enable or disable AHCI (currently all models beginning with SCMxxx).

Commands: AHCI_DIS will disable the ACHI. AHCI_EN will enable the AHCI
After disabling the AHCI you may still experience the Blue Screen error. If this is the case you may need to reload your operating system.

Our website was designed by Jungle Computer and now is being serviced by them! We had a web promotion company call us recently. They promised we would be viewed on the first page of search engines if we signed up for their service. This company' prices were hundreds of dollars per month for each key word. In the process of showing us how "good" there service would be for www.davistrophies.com, they had us separately search with the keywords "plaques, "trophies" and then "awards". I indicated to the caller that we were already on the first page, in the top 7 positions on all 3 of these major key words through the service with Jungle Computer. I told the caller my current cost for this service was very reasonable. He then said it was "luck". He claimed my high level of service from Jungle Computer and the price would result in inconsistent results; and that I couldn't possibly get this level of service so much cheaper. I told him that I can check the web results anytime with these key words and I am always on the first page of a search. This company wanted $300.00 to $800.00 per key word for a 50 mile coverage radius of my business.
My cost with Jungle Computer is $30.00 bucks a month for the basic service but it works like superior service. Our company is highly computerized and a very specialized business. We have not only used Jungle Computers web services, but the repair service as well. They are ALWAYS responsive. If the situation is an emergency they will be here very quickly to get us up and running, and at a reasonable rate too. We trust Jungle Computer for a high level of service at a fair price!
