A destination charge applies if you're more than 15 miles from our Wilkes-Barre office.
This transportation fee is charged from our office on 67 - 69 Public Square in Wilkes-Barre to your location at our normal hourly rate.
Travel time is always one-way and applies only for the time it takes to get to your location.

Each month, Jungle Computer will ensure your desktop is running as smoothly as possible. This includes installing the latest software updates, performing virus scans and even de fragmenting the hard drive to ensure it runs at its optimum performance level.
Cleaning & Cleanup
Finger oil, dust, dirt and dander will harm your computer and its peripherals. While we are at your location, or your system is at our location, we'll take care of it! Whether the service is ongoing or just one-time, our technicians will clean the interior and exterior of your machine(s), keyboard(s), mice and monitor(s). The cleaner the system is, the longer it will last.
The most asked question is, "how do I clean my new flat panel?"
A typical maintenance routine for your computer includes caring for your flat panel screen and dusting your components.
For your flat panel, a quick dusting with a clean soft dry cloth will usually do the trick. If your screen is especially dirty, don't try a commercial cleaner, or an ammonia free glass cleaner, or isopropyl alcohol mixed with water. Never put the cleaner directly on the screen surface. Instead apply water ONLY to a clean soft dry cloth.
For dusting, use a clean soft dry cloth to go over all the surfaces of your computer. Micro fiber or electrostatic cloths work well at trapping dust. Pay special attention to the fan vents, and make sure that they aren't blocked by dust. Compressed air can also be a useful tool when cleaning dust from computer surfaces, but please be careful. If you spray for a prolonged period you could damage parts. Do not forget to dust underneath your computer and the cords to your computer which can collect dust.
All desktop and notebook systems that require diagnoses will be charged a diagnostic fee of $39.99 for desktops and $49.99 for notebooks. Our hourly rate is $55.00. However, we make it a point to price our work on a set fee as opposed to an hourly rate. Your computer might spend several hours in our shop but we will charge only for the time we actually spend working on your computer, not how long it is in the shop.
